The 10 to 12 foot ceiling heights add to the spacious feeling and allow the cool breeze off the bay to circulate throughout the house. Off the foyer are two large

is on the main level and has queen size bed, double dresser, and sitting area on the gallery overlooking the pool. Each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans and individual air conditioner for added comfort.

The living/dining room area is furnished with sectional sofa, loveseat, 25" cable TV with remote control, Sony stereo with cassette and compact disk player, a wet bar, ceiling fans, glass top dining table and four arm chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range, microwave/convection oven an garbage disposal. A half bath and laundry room are located off the kitchen.

The main level living area expands onto a wide gallery with arches framing the picturesque coastline of the bay. This outdoor space provides lounging, dining and barbeque areas, and overlooks the pool and the deck with several chaises for sunning but also a gazebo for shade.
