Presidential Clause: In deference to the President, the renter agrees to accept alternative accommodations at the expense of Sand Dollar Villa in case of a “Presidential Visit”. Deposit Policy Half of the total cost is due upon confirmed reservation, balance, $500 refundable security deposit and hotel tax are due 90 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy A cancellation fee of 20% will be assessed if the cancellations is made more than 90 days before arrival date. If the balance due remains unpaid at any time less than 90 days prior to the arrival date, Sand Dollar Villa has the right to treat the client as having canceled the holiday and to forfeit all payments already made accordingly. The dates upon which payments become nonrefundable and the amount which is nonrefundable, has been fairly calculated to represent compensation to Sand Dollar Villa for the administration and other expense of processing the booking and subsequent cancellation and to take into account the risk to the Sand Dollar Villa of being unable to resell the booking.
